At Hornski’s, we take beer seriously—but not ourselves.
We brew a little bit of everything, from crisp lagers to juicy IPAs, and round out the taplist with guest craft brews, hard cider on tap, a curated wine list, seltzers, kombucha, classic domestics, and non-alcoholic options. With vinyl spinning all day, a free-to-play arcade, rotating food trucks, and an eclectic vintage aesthetic, we’re family friendly until 9PM and always pet-free (service animals welcome).
NELSON SCHMELSON
Nelson Schmelson is our juicy, hazy IPA built around Nelson Sauvin hops, bringing big notes of ripe tropical fruit and white grape. It pours soft and pillowy with a smooth mouthfeel, letting all that bright, expressive hop character shine. The aroma alone is enough to make you take notice. It’s refreshing and vibrant, with just enough complexity to keep it from being one-dimensional. Lighthearted yet precise, it’s a beer that’s easy to enjoy while still packing plenty of flavor.

Inspired by the Backroad Fish Camps and Seafood Shacks stretching from the Florida Keys to the Carolina Lowcountry and beyond, with a nod towards the Beachside Kioskos, Food Trucks and ‘Snack Bars’ of some of favorite far-flung tropical destinations, Jefe’s Fish Wagon is here to serve you simple, fresh, delicious and Fair Sea Fare!
